Violin Recital, Spring 2011

A couple of weeks ago, the children participated in their Spring violin recital.

First up was Lizzie, with some backup from Monica.

Next Nicholas played a tune called "Waterfall."

Monica performed later with the older students. She played an Irish air called "Aran Boat Song."

Carmel Highlands After Sunset

Dragged the entire family out to get some pictures of the Coast. Here is one of the Coast at the Carmel Highlands, just south of Monterey. The exposure was 5 seconds, one half hour after sunset last weekend.
