Once again, the white van that may very well belong to a much beloved Military family has been spotted.
Let's take a look.
Belivibility Rating: 80%. This van sure looks like it could be the Kramer's. It is white, and looks big enough to seat all 9 of them. The van in the foreground may even be familiar.
However, it looks like they must have painted over most of the windows, which were there last time. It also looks slightly shorter than I remember.
