When asked why she crossed the border and was in the country illegally, Dora the Explorer said that the map told her that was the way to go to get to Cotton Candy Forest to save Tico the Squirrel from the Mean Magician. Tico the Squirrel could not be reached for comment.Dora's cousin Diego, along with Amnesty International are already planning to file law suits.
