That's right! With the Vatican II generation retiring and dying off, the warm fuzzy breed of clergy is on the way out, and the angry, scary, hard-nosed priest is back. (although strictly speaking, this guy is an Anglican, but he's definitely got the right attitude for the Roman Catholic priesthood.)
